Fifty customers, fifty vaults

An IT partner is an organisation with customer organisations below it. Every customer gets its own vault with its own key, its own evidence chain that starts at record 1, and its own IAM users in the storage. Nothing is visible across the boundary; that is proven again at every change by the isolation test suite.

What you get

• Customers: all customers on one screen, sorted by risk (lowest Restore Assurance Score on top), with coverage, freshness, proof, systems, last run and last alert.
• Working inside a customer organisation: one click, and you see and do everything the customer would. A yellow bar sits at the top, and everything you do goes into the customer's chain with your e-mail address. Only along the parent line, never sideways to another customer.
• Inheritance: new customers get a copy of your policies; your alert channels also receive your customers' alerts, prefixed with the customer name.
• Branding: product name, logo, colours, your own domain (a CNAME to app.zekura.eu; the certificate is requested automatically), sender and support address. Your customers see your brand, including on the sign-in page of your domain.
• Usage and billing: per customer per month systems, storage and traffic, with the invoice line according to the rate; CSV export; one click to your billing system via webhook, recorded in the chain.

Roles

An IT partner gets their role on the partner organisation and inherits it in all customers below; a customer can also grant someone a wider role directly. Two-factor authentication is mandatory for IT partners.

New customers

Creating a new customer organisation does everything at once: own prefix in the storage, own IAM users (agent: append only; worker: also prune; neither outside its own prefix), lifecycle rule, key model, administrator, enrolment token and the first chain record. The suitability test runs immediately with the new agent key and must say "cannot delete".

The partner rate

IT partners get a partner rate they add their own margin to, sell under their own brand and receive one invoice a month for all their customers together. Ask for the rate via the contact form, under "Becoming an IT partner".
